Join us for our March sips and nibbles party featuring IRISH WHISKEY. We will be meeting at Common Space in downtown Fresno starting at 7pm. Craft Bar Catering will be there to demonstrate how to hand craft themed cocktails and share the stories of where they came from. Entrance includes three cocktails and fancy schmancy hors d’oeuvres from Modern Thyme Chef Services.

When Christine Rose Brown (@hashtag_pretty, @HashtagiDo, and @helladogmoms) went to the Philippines last year to visit family, her Insta Stories were filled with the MOST. AMAZING. FOOD. EVER. With very little coercion she agreed to share her favorite Filipino menu with us so we can pretend we were right there with her. Yoga poses not required. Details to come. For our first travel experience, we are sticking close to home by attending the Cochon 555 a Heritage Fire event in Napa.

A Must-Do Whole-Animal, Live Fire Event, this is an elevated culinary experience. Heritage Fire is a food and wine event featuring 3,500+ pounds of fire-kissed meat roasted en plein air by 25+ top chefs. Inspired by global grilling traditions, chefs build their own fires and roast everything from whole lamb, goats, pigs and ducks, dry-aged beef to foie gras, sturgeon, clams, and heirloom vegetables in a beautiful outdoor setting. A decadent event featuring endless helpings of artisan cheeses, charcuterie, free-flow boutique wines from around the globe, micro brews, and more.

Pull up a chair as we sit down to a feast that will warm you from the inside out!

Then polenta is spread out on a wooden plank down the middle of the table and topped with sauces, garnishes, vegetables, and meats. Everyone takes what they want and how much they want - maybe a little of everything? We will round off the evening with a little something sweet.

Wine and hand crafted Italian cocktails will be available for purchase. Gluten free and vegetarian options available!

This month we will be featuring Mules - and highlighting food that pairs with them perfectly!

We have a menu to share! Aaron from Craft Bar Catering will be making Mules for us, and Chef Aaron Nielsen from @Southern Hospitality Company has created a FABULOUS menu to pair with them.

Steak Dinner Spring Roll with Bleu Cheese

Bacon Wrapped Chorizo Stuffed Dates

Bangkok Mule paired with Pork Belly Steam Bun with a Soy Glaze and Green Onion

Garden Mule paired with Indian Samosa with Mango Chutney with Cucumber and Mint Raita
